I’m running on a Windows 7 (64-bit) machine.  The specs are all on the higher end (18GB RAM, SSD HD, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 56 Ti).  And there was no issue of this kind before 3.0.

Anyone know of a solution?  I’ve asked on Steam, but did not receive much in the way of a reply.  Thanks much. 🙂
